Go to repairclinic.com type in your model number then look up what gasket you need. These are push in gaskets so you just pull out the old and push in the new one. Make sure you heat stretch the new ones first by putting them in the clothes dryer for no longer than 1.5 minutes on medium heat. This will help them seal better.

SOURCE: Can I replace the freezer door seal on a kitchen aid myself?

some door gaskets snap into a track and others are held on to by screws in a metal frame. you can pull the back of the gasket apart to see which you have.

are you sure that the gasket is bad? you can do the dollar bill test by placing a dollar bill between the gasket and door frame and shutting the door. if the dollar bill fits snugly and is not loose the gasket is good. However you may be able to look at your gasket and see that it is torn or warped and not sealing good.

replacing the door gasket can be a little tricky but with a little patience and some very hot water to soak the new gasket in to make it easier to work with, you should be ok.

keep the bottom of your refrigerator and freezer frames clean (this is where everything spills and gets sticky) to keep the gasket from sticking to the frame and tearing up over time.

SOURCE: What is the part number for the door seals on a coldtech model S3BRR-18-S

Your best bet is to contact them by phone or email, from this website:
http://www.coldtechcommercial.com/customer-care-page.html
There is also this statement posted on their Frequently Asked Questions page:
Our ColdTech Commercial products have the logo that is on the top, left-hand side of this web page. If it does not match then it is not one of our products. We can't speak for other companies.
There is another discontinued product-line called ColdTech that we have no affiliation with - confusing, I know. Our commercial refrigeration line launched Aug 1, 2011 and our thirteen digit serial numbers resemble this: 0111053500001.

Good luck!

Leaking from motor

Water Inlet Valve

If the dishwasher is leaking water the water inlet valve might be defective. If the water inlet valve sticks open, it will allow water to fill the dishwasher continuously. Some customers report that they see clean water filling the bottom of the dishwasher after it's been sitting all night or for a couple of days. If this happens, turn off the water that is supplying the dishwasher. This is normally a valve under the kitchen sink. Then, replace the water inlet valve, it cannot be repaired. The water valve needs at least 20 lbs pressure to shut off properly. If your water pressure is to low replacing the valve may not solve the problem.

Center Wash Arm Assembly

If the dishwasher is leaking water, the center wash arm assembly might be cracked or split. This can allow a jet of water to spray toward the door seal, causing a leak. If a crack or split in the center wash arm assembly is found, replace it. There isn't any glue that will hold the part together inside the dishwasher.

Lower Wash Arm Assembly

If the dishwasher is leaking water the lower wash arm assembly might be defective. If the lower wash arm has a crack or split on the end, it can force water to spray directly toward the lower part of the dishwasher door. Then, the water can be forced under the door and onto the floor. Check the lower wash arm for any cracks or splits and replace it if necessary. Also make sure the screws are tight in the wash arm support. If the screws are loose, water can spray out the side of the pump and cause a leak.

If the upper wash arm assembly is broken or cracked it can cause water to spray very forcefully toward the seams of the door, causing a leak.

Door Seal

Every dishwasher door has a door seal. If the dishwasher is leaking water, it might be that the door seal is defective or worn out. Try closing the dishwasher door on a dollar bill and see if the door seal is making good contact all the way around the door. If not, replace the door seal. If the door seal is good or has been replaced and there is still a leak check the door hinges. If the hinges are bent the door will not close properly and the hinges will need to be replaced.

door seal replacement can be done with a little skill and a bit of common sense, 1st thing to do is buy a replacement quoting make model etc, then you will see how the seal is shaped to fit, unplug the machine and work from the front, open the door and remove the thin wire clamp from round the edge of the door seal, remove from the lip of the cabinet and that will enable you to see inside the casing, there is a wire spring or an adjuster on the drum end of the door seal, remove that and the seal will pull off with a gentle pull, refit as removed, take note how you removed wire etc, check for leaks and state of fit before leaving machine unattended and running difficult job hard to describe in writing, but not too hard with a little thought
