Billed twice a month

Here is mathway's support page: Mathway Support

In the top-right corner of the page the is a link to submit a support request: https://mathway.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you fill in the support request hopefully mathway will respond and resolve your billing issues.

I can also recommend you contact your bank or credit card company, as they may be able to stop or even reverse payments to mathway.

An electronics store receives a shipment of 40 graphing calculators, including 7 that are defective. Four of the calculators are selected to be sent to a local high school. How many of these selections...

The question is incomplete. What is meant by "these selections"? The only selection is that of four calculators out of the shipment. Whether that includes or excludes the defective calculators is unspecified.

Are you dividing the shipment into ten four-calculator lots and then asking how many of those lots will not contain a defective machine? Or are you asking how many of the 91,390 different four-calculator selections out of the forty calculators will not contain a defective machine?
