My guess would be that you inadvertently invoked the security feature. The unlock code is normally defaulted to the last 4 digits of your telephone number. Please try this code in your telephone. If it works, we have had success. If not, one of several things has occured: You changed it; someone else changed it; there is something else going on with your telephone.

Should you find this to be the situation, you may have to call your phone service provider or contact Samsung for assistance.

You didn't mention the make of your telephone nor your service provider.

Often, the default security code for a cellular telephone, the code that keeps the average person from using your telephone without your permission, is the last four digits of your telephone. Hopefully, you didn't elect to customize this number. If you did enter a different number, you may have to call your service provider. Try all the kids birthday anniversary or your house number before you call them.
