You need a new controller board. You can check your manual for how to order replacement parts. It will not be available on the New Balance website. It will actually be from an off-brand treadmill manufacturer that made the treadmill for New Balance.
Have you checked to ensure there are fresh batteries in your remote control? Do all the remote functions work correctly? Has this issue recently become a problem? Does it appear that the only problem with the remote is that the buttons do not light up when you are pressing them or is there other remote control issues? If you replace the batteries or have already replaced the batteries and this continues to be a problem, then the remote is most likely defective and we may need to send you a replacement remote. When you're pressing any of the buttons on your DISH Network remote, is there any mode button such as TV, SAT, or AUX,that lights up? To provide further explanation- when you are trying to change the channel up or down, or power on the receiver, as you press any of those buttons the "SAT" mode button should temporarily light up & then turn off to let you know the remote is in the correct mode to control your satellite receiver, this button is in the upper left hand corner of your remote that says "DISH Network" at the bottom. If this is not happening, then I would suggest replacing the current batteries with fresh batteries, if the problem continues with no mode buttons lighting up, then we will need to replace your remote. In order to find your protected recording in the history on your DVR, you would simply press the button specifically labeled, "DVR" on your DISH Network remote, the DISH On Demand screen will then come on your tv, proceed by selecting "My recordings," on the "My Recordings" screen you will then select the "Sort" option. Once you have selected the sort option it will allow you to specify how you want the recordings sorted- the option you would want to select is, "Protected." Have a 2 year old Reebok treadmill. Control panel was replaced right after we bought it. Now, again, the upper half of the panel works but we are not allowed to start anything. Does the whole panel need to be replaced again or is there a fuse or something small that we can do.
