How do I remove inappropriate videos made on youtube by my 12 year old daughter?

Your daughter will have created a channel to upload the videos, get her to sign you into the channel. Or select the My Channel on the YouTube screen. It will be under the those usernames.
On the channel screen you will see "video manager". Click that and all the video's that your daughter has uploaded will appear.
On each one you will see the edit button. If you click the down arrow at the side of the edit word a drop down menu will appear. On the button of it is the word delete. Click that for each of the video you need to remove.

When i sign into my gmail account my daughter's name comes up and I can't get into my gmail account

In the upper right hand part of the screen there is an icon with either a picture your daughter has uploaded or it is a generic icon of a person. Click on the icon and a signout option comes up. Sign out and re-sign in with your account info.

My daughter came to visit and signed into facebook and it blocked me out and can`t get mine to come up . how can i get mine to come upand still let her bring up her`s with my computer. thanks hammer

if i understand your problem, the solution would ordinarily be to find where it says "account" on the upper right-hand side of the page. there should be an downward-pointing arrow to the right of this word. click on it. a list will appear, and at the bottom should be a "logout" option. if you click that, it will sign you out of your daughter's account, and you will have the option to log back into your own.

your daughter probably selected a checkbox while logging in that keeps you logged into the account for a while (i.e. it remembers your username and password for, say, a month - but just on that computer). you can either choose not to select this box and ask your daughter to do the same - and then type in your email/password every time you want to access facebook, rather than just once. or you can leave this checkbox and stay logged in, and just hit logout before the next person needs to use the computer.

Go to control panel > user accounts > create new user > name the new user something like "PC User" make the account type administrator and hit apply, log out....then log back in under the PC User name. When you are ready, delete the account that has your daughters name. It is in the same drop down menu as you were in to create a new account.
