There is a problem communicating with google server

It means the Google data servers are overloaded and unable to respond to your request.

have you tried a factory reset?

it means that when you go google , the internet cannot connect with the servers google use ( a server is a piece of electrical equipment similar to a post box where you put a letter addressed to google in ( using the internet addressed to google ) and the post man then collects that letter and places it in the postbox for google ( server)
If that post box is too full the postman cannot deliver your letter and that is a problem of communication
The action is that the post office then advises google to come and empty the mail box and then your letter is delivered
however if a lot of people are trying send letters at the same time or there is a electronic fault in the servers then you get that message so that you can use another search engine ( firefox etc ) until the problem is cleared

google servers can become overloaded from too may people around the world trying to get on at the same time
Take the advice and try again at a much later time

try typing www.google.com and hit enter in your browser's URL field. See what happen.

Try this,
Go in control panel>internet properties->connections->lan settings->proxy server and uncheck use proxy server for your 'lan setting'

Contact your Internet Service Provider, to trouble-shoot your Internet connection.

Or, check for a computer-virus on your computer, which could be blocking your attempts to "talk" to the DNS server.
