You can use TuneUp Utilities (http://www.tune-up.com/download/). This software take care of almost all the files, registries, links, temporary files, disk management, visual effects.
You can reduce startup load of the programs by using program deactivator being included with in the software which improves the performance of the software.
It deletes the redundant files, broken shortcuts and many more making the PC run faster.

My netbook run to slow since yesterday;how to fix it its possible by download product it s perpormance get better?

The problem with default settings on computers is the pre-loaded software that comes with computers. These pre-loads could cause a system to run slowly. Best fix, hit start button, type "msconfig" in the search bar/command line. Box shows up, hit startup tab, and uncheck the programs you don't want starting up. This means, less programs running, faster running computer. Apply and ok it, wants you to restart/reboot, do so and see how it runs after.

Software download

Do you really want the Vivitar software when there's so much better available for free?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Picasa probably does everything Sanyo's software does, and better.

I nned to increase the possibilities of grafic card for working with programs that have image treatment and others and need a better grafic card

In your case, you can upgrade your system ram or memory bu not the graphic card.Upgrading your system ram or memory will boost your application loading and performance. Example your memory right is 1GB so make it 3GB by purchasing a 2GB ram. You will see the difference but do not expect to for the graphics just for faster loading and better performance can only give your memory. Have a nice day.

I want to make my computer run faster and would like to clean out my config file. I can't remember where I find the msconfig file. thanks

You can get to msconfig by typing this into the run box.
A better way is to use CC Cleaner, this cleans you temp files, your registry, it can uninstall your software, it can delete unwanted restore points, and best of all for you...
It can disable or delete any of the programs in the startup folder.
When installing cc cleaner, watch out for the last page before install, i would un tick the box to get the yahoo toolbar

There are also plenty of photo catalog software packages out there, some free, some not, that can transfer and catalog your pictures so you can quickly find pictures from Susie's birthday party, for example. Just do a google search for "photo catalog software".

Software work to slow and it shot down

Software Installation : Installing more and more software can make the computer slow down. The reasons for that are that installation of a software will make entries in registry and that is somewhat bad. The software may be running in the startup. The software will install various files on the computer and an overloaded hard disk makes the computer slow.
Free up disk space : Try to keep your hard disk space free. You’ll always notice that a computer with free space on hard disk will always run much faster than the one which is loaded with extra stuff.
* Remove Unwanted Items From Startup : Well, if you’ll remove the unwanted softwares from the startup then your computer will boot up much faster and the memory (RAM) will also remain free and thus that will again result in better computing experience
Run hard disk maintenance utilities : Always run the utilities like Disk Defragmentation or Disk checking utilities regularly, around once in 2 weeks
Run Registry Cleaner : Right, this one is related to first tip. In case you’ve already installed and uninstalled various softwares before reading this tutorial then you can go ahead and run various registry cleaning softwares
