First select your operating system 32 or 64 bit next select others and ULi Chipset Driver Click on global for download Unzip the file before installation.
i advise you to try and download driver magician from any torrent sites. if your lucky, youll see that and that will be a great help in locating your motherboards drivers.
1. put Motherboard Cd (come with p5rd1vm) in cd/dvd rom.
2. BIOS configur as boot from cdrom.
3. restart machin Motherboard CD boot with press enter
4. command line shows 4 option
5. Select 1st option for exact and proper copy ULi sata driver for winxp.
6. Insert floppy press enter
7.you see d copy procedure.
8.then this floopy insert when winxp setup asking F6 for additional driver.
