Might have been scheduled windows update, might have been a hardware failure (although unlikely, unless you saw BSoD)

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Lenovo thinkstation s20 desktop pc restart continuously what i do

I'd check all the fan, make sure they are clean, especially if there is a video card. I suspect it might get too hot.

First of all disconnect all peropheral connected to your motherboard. Take out Your RAM and clean it with soft clothe. Reinsert ram and restart your PC. If you can get display at this point then shut down your PC connect all peripheral back and restart your PC.

If not you will need to replace your ram.

Sudden shutdown

If the battery is full and still shuts down suddenly then it could be a heatsinking problem on your Notebook. Also try unchecking the option "Automatically Restart" from StartUp & Recovery section in System Properties.

Restart

Restarts can be connected to Hardware problems in Windows XP in Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Startup and recovery -> Settings you has radio button Automatic restart. Remove it and probably it will gave you blue screens next time, but there will be no restart any more. Problem with cursor usually because you touch your touchpad when you typing quickly, turn it off if you can, or be more patient :)

My pc gets struck up suddenly forcing me to restart (windows xp

sounds like either a RAM or HDD issue. First thing is if you have 2 sticks of ram pull one out and see if it boots ok if not pull the other stick out and put first stick back in. If neither stick lets you boot then I would run a HDD test (some have them in bios) if you do not have it in bios boot windows into safe mode with command prompt and in command prompt type chkdsk /f
