Problem for Aiwa F2000 20" TV

Aiwa Colour Television Model TV-SX2150 KE - Audio Problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought Aiwa Colour Television Model TV-SX2150 KE in year 2000. It‘s performance is very good, especially Sound quality. I have enjoyed lot with the sound quality with my Television. Recently the TV had some problem, then I tried AIWA servicer center in my City. (Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India). But I couldn’t find any service center from AIWA side. Then I have given my TV for service to the local service center. It’s working well. But the sound quality is not good as compared with earlier performance. I kindly request you to give me the service centre location in my City (Trichy, Tamilnadu, India) or any other location to be contact. Your kind cooperation is highly appreciated in this regards.

I had the problem one by one..
1st Problem: ex: I watched star sports, when i turned off the TV, after i switch on its automatically run on another channel...
2nd problem: I am watching in minimum volume (ex: 15points) once switched off, and turn on its run on maximum volume.
3rd Problem: there is no sound. But I can see the picture... (No sound menu )
After that i gave it service people. They change the memory IC,
Now the TV is ok, BUT THE SOUND QUALITY IS VERY POOR.
This is the problem I am facing now

i can solve ur prob by your self but u have to pay for that.
