Alright hun, changing your password is rather simple,
first log on,
on the blue bar at the top of the page you'll find a little simple that looks like a gear on the right side, click it,
a list should drop down, click "Account Settings"
The page your on is your account settings, you'll see a list: name, username, email, password, networks, language
click password, enter your current password in the first box, your new password in the second and last box, click "save changes" and you're done!

How to change password on facebook.
Log into your Facebook account.
Then on the top right hand side next to the search box hover over "Settings" and click "Account Settings" from the drop down menu.
Scroll down a bit and you will see the "Password" section. Click "Change".
To change your Facebook password enter your current password then enter your new password twice and hit the "Change Password" button
