When I try to copy an 8.5 X 11 original, the copies are only 5.5 inches wide, but 11 inches long. The 3 inches on the right side of the page are cut off. Thanks, Lee
-   I understand leap 27's suggestion... however, I think the tab in question is loose on my machine. I just took the back encasing off to see if fitting it would become obvious. Not. It can come out of the casing completely.
Any ideas how to fix?
Much thanks!-   sosmeplease

-   right side of copes are cut off @ 100 %. How do I adjust paper size? I only use 81/2 x11 and have not had a problem. there is no width adjustment or give on either side where you load the paper.?-   jzennaiter19
The answer given does not explain enough. The paper feed tray, when inserted and in place and is set for 8 !/2 by 11 paper has an adjustment for paper size. You can slide it over for smaller width paper. That part that slides rests against a tab in the back that senses the position of the paper size adjustment slider. Pull the paper tray out and latch onto that tab and pull it up. You should hear a click. Put the paper tray back into place and you should get the full wide copied. I could find nothing on this in the owner's manual.
