I need a manual or information about a Foxconn motherboard LS-36. Built to fit Dell desktops. I can't find any manual or skematic's about the motherboard. Please help me!
Someone worked on this computer before me and left out half of the drivers, I have tried for 2 weeks to find drivers that will work on this machine. Dell drivers will not work, nor does FOXCONN even acknowledge this model even exists. that is a dell OptiPlex 270 (relic PC) what dells Foxconn motherboard for desktop,
did you lose any parts to the PC , is it all there, open side first and look?
the power led flashing per the free dell manual tells you it is stuck on SLEEP mode. so do the hard reset.

At a guess I would say this MoBo is from a Dell. Here's the manual list as you haven't specified which model it's from. You will find the information you need here
Dell has proprietary motherboards, so most retail mobos out in the market would either not fit into the chassis. if the system is still in warranty. call in for a replacement mobo. otherwise try reaching their out-of-warranty dept/ spare parts dept.
yes it supports 98. 98 have insufficient driver packages built-in the OS so your MB didn't find the right driver on the OS DB whereas xp have most of the driver packages built-in on the OS
