When i turn it on i see three colored lines then it turns it self off then on again i see the 3 lines then it turns off then on about 3 or 4 times then it just stays off
See if your model has a convergence option on the menu under the setup.....mine does not so i had to pay to have mine repaired and now, a week later, the problem has returned.

Go to Menu then setup ,Do you see Convergence, If not then you have a Blowed Fuse on the Deflection Board FL231. Deflection board will be the bottom lefthand side with FBT flyback transfomer on it and on the right hand side of FBT is 3 Fuses in a roll but they do not look like Fuses they will be small rectrangler looking caps but are Fuses it will be the one in the Middle. .06amps. Very common problem. You can get the repair kit called the ITC222 & ITC222A convergence option missing repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com which contains the parts and the CD with instructions.
Ur convergence is dead.U must know how to do soldering to fix this problems?Must replaced 2 STK convergence ICS,and some or all it resistors too.Tries websites Tv repair World.com,Tvrepairkits.com to do the reapair it ur self.The shop will cost U $300 for parts and labors.
Sounds like the flyback very famous for that model. You need Flyback 270125 you can get the new RCA flyback at the following link and they provide step by step detailed indtructions on how to do the repair.
