Hi, by switch I assume you mean the black lever to the left of the rear handle referred to as the 'master control'. If it's what I think it is - the hook shaped retainer that holds the master control in place at the left hand end (goes into a hole on right hand end) that has failed then unfortunately replacement of the entire casing is the only effective solution. This was a problem on early models and was beefed up some time ago. The main cause of the problem was the master control being forced from the fast idle position into run or stop position rather than squeezing the trigger and allowing the master control to find it's own way into the run position. Sorry to be a harbinger of bad news !

try running the setup in compatability mode run the setup in windows xp (service pack 3) then it should work good

try to restart it with a pin, if that doesnt work log into your systems ip address and address the issue there

I'd put a drop of Loctite 242 (med. strenght blue) on the threads of each bolt and torque them to 25 foot pounds.
