SOURCE: the freezer build ice in the inside rear, it

If you are still having the problem we need to look at control board on back of refrigerator. Below is a picture of the back of refrigerator and the opening where the circuit board is mounted. Let me know if you need me to help get this resolved. You will need to examine back and front of board for burn marks. Always unplug refrigerator before you begin work on it. Thanks, Sea Breeze

More than likely either your defrost timer is bad or the heating element in the fzr is bad. The timer is normally located with the controls in the fridge side behind the plastic back or top if there is a light in the top center. It will have an access where you can turn it manually with a flatblade screwdriver. Turn it slowly and you will hear clicks it may take a few min. but try to make it click one at a time and listen for the fan and compressor to kick off. (slowly the defrost mode is just one click) If it kicks off wait 3 min and open the fzr and see if you hear hissing or ice cracking. (the hissing will be water dripping onto the heating element) If this happens replace the defrost timer. If you do not hear the element hissing ect... The element is bad or the defrost limit attached to one end of it it will be a round disc apx the size of a nickel replace it. good luck and remember to unplug the refridgerator before delving into the elect parts. I hope this helps you can defrost the fzr manually with a hair dryer or if the manual turning of the timer works until you get the offending part. good luck

I cleaned my freezer and now it won't freeze

When you say "cleaned", did you defrost it? And. if so, could you have damaged the internal lining? Often the coil inside the wall of a chest freezer can fracture if hit or stabbed at during defrosting.
Other than that, is the compressor running (you would hear it)? it may have overheated. If not running, see if it feels hot (siezed) or cold (no power from thermostat). If cold, put it on fast freeze and see if it kicks into life (thermostat faulty) or not (compressor fault, time for a new freezer!)
Let me know how you get on!

Hi! I have a GE Freezer Model FUF14DTARWH that runs but the coils are not getting cold enough to freeze???

Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.

If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing then check out the last two tips.

If your refrigerator is running but warm, then...

Check out these tips that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...

Fridge works freezer isnt getting cold enough to freeze

check to see if you have frost on the back panel of the freezer if so then defrost the unit and if your able to find the failure of the defrst heater or defrst thermostat,or the defrost thmer more than likely its the mother board since its a general electric frig but if you manually defrost until a repair tect can come then it will run normal until it frost up again but before you call the tech out make sure you have the frost on the back panel otherwise he'll make several trip trying to solve the problem with the frig unless its the defrst heater
