Re: Lucent Avaya Partner System Lost access to Voicemail
Obviously you lost your programming. Question is whether the unit is operational. Best thing to do is contact your local AvayaBusiness Partner for a repair.
If you tell me your location, I can recommend one.

I am betting the time and date is wrong as well. Sounds like your system lost its programming. call in a professional, they need to reprogram the entire system.
That doesn't sound good at all. I would first try powering down the system and waiting about 15 seconds or so before powering back up. If the problem remains, the processor was some how damagedand would be best if it was looked at by your vendor.
Your system lost its programming. It will need to be reprogrammed completely. The lines are ringing on the extensions where I voicemail is, unplug voicemail and at least lines will ring in correctly.
