just solved my problem that was like yours. turn the clock off at the power for ten minutes and when you turn it back on it should work. mine did!

SOURCE: Clock lost 2 hours...
It is probably picking up the wrong signal or your time zone is set wrong. Take out all of the batteries/ power connection etc. then leave it for a few minutes. Then put everything back in and see what it does. It should automatically reset to the right time. If not then try setting manually.

Most of the Radio clocks by RCA are meant to be used with 60Hz AC line. This problem will not go away unles you can get a custom built 60 Hz AC power supply, may prove to be too expensive for the clock.
