Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

What is wrong with your monitor is that the Horizontal section is going faulty, the lines you are seeing are the Horizontal Retrace lines, usually invisable in a working unit. It is often a faulty capacitor(s) OR a Diode breaking down.. in the area of the Flyback Transformer. Probably time for a new one unless ya can fix it yaself.

SOURCE: Black Screen-No picture
Normally when an LCD monitor goes black, it is because the inverter goes out (which essentially is the backlighting). To verify this problem, hold a flashlight up to the monitor while it is turned on and see if you can "see" the picture. If this is the case, it could be repaired, but realistically, the cost to replace it might be cheaper (and you would probably end up with a larger monitor to boot).

If it's a straight line from top to bottom panel could be defective. Not much you can do as cost of panel will compare with a new monitor.

I have been repairing them through ebay due to the fact that they are not available to buy right now.
They've been out of stock for what seems like forever !!

OSD and Power Lock Settings
• OSD Lock: Press and hold and the up arrow for 10 seconds. If any buttons are
pressed the message OSD Locked will display for 5 seconds.
• OSD Unlock: Press and hold and the up arrow again for 10 seconds.
• Power Button Lock: Press and hold and the down arrow for 10 seconds. If the
power button is pressed the message Power Button Locked will display for 5 seconds. With
or without this setting, after a power failure, your LCD display’s power will automatically
turn ON when power is restored.
• Power Button Unlock: Press and hold and the down arrow again for 10 seconds.
Well this Should resolve ur issue
