Question about Nokia E75 Cell Phone
The flash light on my Nokia E75 will not turn off and it is really taxing on my battery, forcing me to charge my device far to often. the device does not have a flashlight function, this light is only supposed to work as a camera flash but it is on 24/7, even when the battery dies O.o I have tried to restore factory settings and this does not help. i tried to reinstall the software but i get an error message saying either the current hardware of software is not compatible with the update. Please help!

Did you try formatting the phone memory and re-installing the complete OS of the phone?
This may have occured due to some error in your phone software or a virus.
