Question about Panasonic DP-C354 Copier
We are currently having trouble emailing PDF attachments produced by our scanner. In the past we had no problems. This started about 2 weeks ago and we just cannot figure out what is wrong. Do we need an adobe upgrade (currently 4)? We have been trouble shooting the problem for weeks and we noticed that only PDF's produced by the scanner has this issue. Could there be something about the way the PDF is produced? We are really scratching our heads, can anybody give us any insight? Help
Go into the panasonic communication utilty config and see if the scanned documents are being opened by Adobe, If so, check that your version of adobe on your pc hasnt been updated to a later version thus leaving your scanned documents trying to be opened by a non existent version. Or for A quick check, change the "open with application" back to Panasonic document manager and see if that works.

Dear reinstall the scanner if still haveing problam then upgrade your adove then still having problam then restall the adove.But the main concern is the scanner bye
