Disconnect the power cord from the wall, and wait from 40 seconds, use the small pencil eraser with the point click the small switch in the router and make hard reset. Try again.
However you must sure that Internet will be a good signal.
Run the utility open network connections, and select the network troubleshooter and fix it.
