got an lxi tv from second hand shop. it has an onscreen scrolling menu i cannot turn off.
the remote for the lxi tv is hard to read since used. i have no instruction manual for it. the Dish is hooked up and works with dish remote but doesnt turn off this problem on the screen.

Got a universal remote, am able to turn the tv on and off but the scroll is still on.
