Dictaphone voice processor (C-phone) Model 0421 (by 15 users)
I bought this second-hand and did not get any instructions or a manual with it. Is there a downloadable manual for this or can I order one? Thanks.

I also have a Dictaphone Model 4021. The speaker works, but I cannot get the dictation to come through the headset any more. I think this is key #17 on the pad.

Screen shows "Program Locked" I have pressed Top Left Key, Pressed Keys, Selected Key Site, Pressed #-*11
Still shows Program Locked

I have the RCA RP5030 Handheld Digital Voice Recorder but lost the instructions for it and would love to be able to read them online or download them. I tried the URL someone posted but it wouldn't allow me to view anything on that page - permission denied?
