noise in an electric fan is cause by a worn out boshing /bearing and shafting of the rotor and motor this happens when we do not lubricate this part of the electric fan .lubrication must be done atleast trice a tear .replace this parts and the noise will be eliminated...bring your e fan to a service center/repair shop have the bearings replace..
