Where is the power window relay located on a 1964 Pontiac GTo with AC.

I believe those older cars used circuit breakers, not relays, for the power window systems. By using a test light, you don't know if battery voltage is present at the window switch. Maybe the voltage is reduced, somehow.
I would first check the switch's power with a voltmeter. If the motor is getting battery voltage, I would say the motor. If the voltage is low,
you had better find a wiring diagram, Dave, to trace it out.

No power at the Blower

Have you actually tested any of the fuses or relays for power ?
Fuse number 2 is hot from the key switch and powers the blower relay. Fuse number 12 is a 40amp fuse that gets power from the battery and powers the blower motor thru the relay.
Are both fuses hot with the key on ?

Agitator wont agitate

Thank you for choosing FixYa and welcome. If you have a washer that has a weak agitation or no agitation at all, here are some possible solutions. You need to check your belts. Most washers have one or two belts. Check your lid switch. If a lid switch is bad, it can cause the washer to not work properly. Sometimes, they will not work at all. Make sure you check your drive motor. The drive motor controls the spinning, draining, and agitation. Most washers have the reverse motor, meaning the shaft rotates in both directions, clockwise and counterclockwise. It is possible to lose one direction and not the other. Some washers have a clutch that controls the agitation. If it is bad or worn, it may prevent the agitator to work. Most of these washers come from General Electric. You could have a bad motor coupler. They are located on the side of the motor drive inside the washer. It is also possible that you have a bad transmission. Check the agitator itself. You could have a bad spline or two. The splin accompanies the shaft and allows the movement of the agitator. If you rule out all the parts above, you may have an electrical issue or an issue with the control board. It is very important to test each part and make sure it is getting power. If a part is not working and not getting any power, the power loss may be the reason that it doesn't work. You can test the current in the wires with a voltage meter. Thank you very much for reading this tip and thank you for using Fixya

Im trying to troubleshoot a non-funtioning blower

To test the blower motor run a jumper wire from the hot side directly to the hot terminal on the battery. If the motor is in good condition it should come on. If it comes on that may indicate a bad resistor pack. Since the resistor is an electrical part which is self-contained would probably be easier to change than to test. You should do the resistor pack first (before the switch) because it is the easier of the two to change out. If replacing the resistor pack does not fix the problem then you will need to replace the switch.

The turn table does not turn.

If the microwave is heating , but the turntable is not turning then the only parts that may be responsible are the turntable motor, or the turntable motor coupler (the gear underneath the plate).

The turntable motor is tested energizing the motor directly. The operation must be done by a technician.

If the motor is defective, the motor must be replaced.

If the oven is not heating at all, or not starting at all, then the situation is different . In that case the magnetron, the door lock, and the control board may be responsible. More parts as diode and capacitor must also be tested.

If you want to get a quote on repair or verify warranty status, please call the number listed on the owners manual.

If you want to find parts you can enter the model number here.
