Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I just bough a SD card that has 32 g now have I have transerved all my apps to it now my internal hard drive still says i only have very little left?

Have you just copied the data to the SD card? Go back to the internal memory and delete the apps you have transferred to the SD card! This should open up the internal memory!

My phone keeps repeating the boot up screen

When this happends, use your down volume button and select reboot system now, if it still doesn't work, you may have internal SD damage, and you will most likely will need a new phone, which can be sent within three to four business days. Hope this helps :)

My Kyocera Rise has LOTS of problems! The one I want to ask is why do I keep getting a random message saying, "SD card has been unexpectedly removed"?

There are several possible reasons for this. The Kyocera Rise requires an SD card to be unmounted through the memory option in the settings. If you remove the SD without unmounting, you will receive the error message. The Rise also has several software issues that sometimes cause your SD to stop being read, even while still inserted. If you receive this error message without removing your SD card, it is recommended that you take your phone to a company certified Sprint store to have it checked out.
