Please go to control panel use "system restore" use the last date that you know was working Good and fix it.
However if this do not resolve the matter. use the utility system manager restore comign with your computer or download from your supplier. or restart the computer HOLD the keys CTRL+f11 or f12 mark, model, and go to restore the factory default.
another alternative:USE the utility system for network diagnosis and repair too, open the network connection
