There is one screw in the lower right front corner (as you face the unit) of the outside cover. Remove the screw, then use a very small flat-bladed screwdriver to slip under the edge of the cover on the side and gently pry it away from the side to disengage the small tab that holds the cover on. Once that tab is loose, the other tab will come right out. Reassemble in reverse.

I get a tiny shock on the outside top cover of my top load GE washer what could be the problem

FIRST, unplug the washer and thoroughly check the power cord for breaks. Secondly, if no obvious signs of a break or bad plug are found, HAVE A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN OR TECH check the AC outlet for a broken ground wire! If the ac outlet is good, then remove the front panel by using a 2 inch putty knife, sliding it between the top cover and the front cover approx 2 inches from both sides and pushing in firmly to release the retaining clips. Pull the front cover out from the top and then off of the positioning tabs at the bottom. If you are hesitant about doing any of this, call for service! These washers leak from the central tub seal at the bottom. Water can leak down the steel shaft straight into the electric shifter. Also, if the leak is bad enough, the water can be thrown into the main drive motor(which has the main control board mounted on top of it)and cause all sorts of problems. If your unit has a tub seal leak, it is a MAJOR repair, requiring the shifter to be replaced, if water has gotten into the motor, it, too, will have to be replaced.

A dead set simply means a cut off of power supply. Open the back cover of your dishwasher . Locate the area where the AC cord is located and look for the plastic fuse holder which is usually installed in one of the AC cord line open it and replace the fuse inside with the same amperage or value.

Your machine probably jumped the shipping bracket. To remove the front cover use a putty knife between the top cover and the front panel. There is 2 clips that hold the front cover. Push in on the clips 1 side at a time and pull the front forward.

If this is a window ac then you need the back of the ac lower than the front, so the water can drain to the back.

How does condesate water drain out of the ge aem25dm a/c? is there any drain lines to hook up under the ac?

It drains from a formed tray on the evaporator side of the AC. Now if the drain is blocked or the AC or the air conditioner is not tilted slightly down on the outside the water will pool up in the front cold side evaporator tray. If all of those that I explained are ok then unplug the AC and remove it from the housing cover and clean the drain being careful not to get the electric fan motor windings wet as this will cause them to short out when turned back on. If you need further assistance let me know, Thanks, Sea breeze

I makes a very loud noise

Had same problem with Ge AC. Unplug take out of window and remove all cover screws. Pull up on cover and pull cover off ac, Remove front cover as well there are a couple screws in the front. When looking at front of ac, hit the Styrofoam housing towards your left (towards control panel). Spin fan blade to make sure that it is clear. Plug in to double check. I put a couple quarters between the styrofoam and the metal housing, so it would not slide back. Also tape the styrofoam between the seams this helps with better cooling. Use some good tape nothing cheap. I used black duck tape. It took about 20 mins. The hardest part is re installing the AC.

Need to remove top cover of GE WPXQ3090T2WW top load washer

There should be 2 screws holding it on at the rear. Looking from the rear these will be at each top corner. Once these are removed push the lid from the front of the machine towards the rear and it will pop off.
