Question about Computers & Internet
I am not getting wireless signals i had connected 2 pc's both are working well but no wireless signals are received
Reset your router . Disconnect the power cord by 40 seconds, and after inmediately click in the small switch that router has with a pencil eraser, for to reset, try again.
However after that if the wireless is o.k good, but if not open the open network connection, select the network troubleshooting and fix it.
You must be sure that connection to Internet BY YOUR supplier is GOOD, and NOT has problem.
God bless you

I deal with these routers on a daily basis w/ Frontier. Likley the radio is getting hott and its starting to burn out.. Put your hand on the radio, see if its running rather hott. If it is, unplugg it for an hour. If your a frontier customer, call tech support, get it replaced!

Heres what I would do. Plug the speeedstream in, reboot the computer. Now we need to find your "Default Gateway" (the IP address of your speedstream). In windows XP:
type IPCONFIG (enter)
you will now have some information on your screen, look for the "default gateway" Enter this number in the address bar and you should be directed toward the speedstream configuration page.
(If its anything like the Speedstreem 6520 you will go to the "Home Network" option and then you will see wireless.)
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Low signal after firmware update
It is recommended to hard reset the router every after firmware update. Look for the reset button normally at the back of the router. Press and hold it down for 20 seconds then release, then unplug the power for about 30 seconds then plug it back in. That should fix it.

press the small reset button on the back of the unit. It will remove any security settings and allow you to use it
