That depends on the laws of your country, state, or province. Read the contract and check with the dealer.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I cancelled NetZero and I have another ISP. They say they cannot refund for August which just posted. That does not seem right. Can you help?

With such things there is a cancellation period. It is often ONE FULL billing period. It your subscription is from say 2nd of the month of May and you cancelled it on the 5th May, you would have to pay all of May, and then all of June (one full period) and your sub would end 1st July.

Not a 'simple billing activity', you are terminating the contract you signed. It will be in the small print somewhere when you signed up that nobody ever reads :>)

This device is what Cisco calls EOL (end-of-life). What this means to you is that you can no longer purchase Cisco's SMARTnet contracts for hardware or software support. Nor will there be access to code or ASDM software on Cisco's website. However, you may yet be able to find a Cisco support partner that can assist you with software support such as NETech (www.netechcorp.com). But you will not be able to replace the device under any hardware contract should the hardware fail. Ultimately speaking, you should upgrade to an ASA in order to maintain all of the benefits of owning a Cisco product. If you purchase your new device from a high level Cisco Partner, they should be able to offer some nice discounts on your new hardware, software, support contracts and licensing (I've heard of up to 50%, but that will be up to your specific Cisco account representative).

I hope I have been informative,

Best wishes.
