Either 3 boards may cause this issue and need servicing before it grows into a larger more expensive problem.....
Time control board
Its a sustain problem and a really easy repair shouldn't cost too much.........

Yes you could get the screen replaced, however the cost of this now-a-days is almost equal if not more expensive than purchasing a new TV. It is not always economical to have the screen replaced, it is maybe more worthwhile to think about buying a new one instead.

Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish board that call the T-CON board for the replacement.This board sit in the middle at the bottom of the LCD screen panel.This T-CON board only job are to decodering picture pixels dots only before it show up to the LCD screen panel.
