Question about HP Computers & Internet
Remove the battery and use the ac adapter only and turn on your computer. If it turns on just fine then put the battery back and try turning it on with the battery and charger plugged in. if it doesn't work, then replace the battery.
If after removing the battery and the computer still doesn't turn on with ac adapter only. then the charger or the motherboard is defective.
