if u want to reset your phone .. then take your phone data reset . process is setting >>>>> master reset >>> reset >>>> ...then your phone will be reset ted

For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 12345 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos

That indicates a problem with the battery.Try a reset first.

Connect the phone to the power adapter and then press and hold the power button for more then 1 min.If it still doesn't turn on then remove the battery and sim from the back and then insert the sim back again and hold the power key for more then a min.Make sure you don't insert the battery now.Let me know the result.

Yes DB2020 (K610i) phones can be unlocked but it is very hard to find the way to calculate the code through the INTERNET :( I did a small search and could not locate a way.

Soyericsson phone of your type doesnot attack by a virus please save and backup all your data like phonebook, picture etc. and reset settings. it will be alright.
