Follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
1. No power to outlet (overload or fault in microwave or other appliance).
2. Blown main fuse - likely due to other problems.
3. Open thermal protector or thermal fuse.
4. Defective controller or its power supply.

Galanz Microwave Model WP1000AL30 doesn't go on when the item buttons are pushed?

Does microvave button makes sound and when you start push button does the turn table moves. If yes for sound ,and no for turn table then you might have door switch which is either doesent latching or might broke.
open oven (be sure to discharge capacitors).
check its closing properly(the switch)
and use DMM to check resistance that it doesn't show OL

thanks

When I ask for a Galanz microwave oven manual you send me anywhere except to the manual. WHY?

To download information on Galanz products go to this site:

http://www.galanz.com/Download.aspx?ColId=110&SecId=117

The Magic Chef site for microwave ovens is here:

http://mcappliance.com/microwaveovendetail.aspx

Unfortunately I did not see the model number you provided listed here. However they do provide manuals for their products and if you select a model that is similar to yours you might find the available manual to be useful.

NO All i need is an English manual for a Galanz

You might have a little trouble with this one. But all I can suggest is sending an email
to them and ask for the manual. They should have a pdf version online but I don't read
any Chinese so can give you that directly. Most household goods companies tend to
respond within a few days about manuals.

Galanz Microwave Oven - Unable to disable child lock

Galanz's website seems to be useless. I tried finding information but kept being told "no data available." So while I can't tell you where to find the manual, here's something to try. Most microwaves get put into lock by pressing and holding one of the buttons for longer than normal, or by pressing one of the buttons several times in a row. Some ovens use the TIMER button. It won't be one of the number keys, but one of the function buttons. So start with a button, press and hold it for at least 5 seconds before you let go. If nothing happens then try another button. If that doesn't solve the problem, then try pressing each function key several times before moving on to the next one. If that still doesn't get it going, maybe a store in your area that sells Galanz will take a look at the book for you. The process should be the same for any similar model.

Smasung MW7490w door/turntable problem

It's probably a defective door switch, probably the upper one, or the mount which holds the switch is broken. Opening the door while cooking (without first hitting the STOP button) is the primary cause of door switch failure. There are plastic mounts inside the microwave which hold the door switches and onto which the door hooks latch when you close the door. The screws on these mounts may be loose. If they get too loose, the switches will not be activated properly. Usually it's not a loose screw, but instead a broken tab on the switch holder, allowing the switch to rotate just out of position.
