You need to work out if the charger or the device is faulty. The faulty item will have to be replaced by the shop where you bought it.

SOURCE: LG HBM- Bluetooth- need to find how to link

Strat with headset 'OFF' then hold power button until light flashes blue and red or solid blue, then search for headset on phone, pass key should be 0000, 1111, 1234.

You can get the manual by searching for the FCCID, which should be in the headset https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm

Turn it on by holding the power button for four seconds, Then go to your phones bluetooth setup screen, search for new devices, and pair it. The blue led on the HBM-760 will turn solid blue during pairing. It is always discoverable. The default passkey is 0000. Hope this helps.

Pairing 730 and lg vx 860

To put the LG HBM-730 into pairing mode you must press the MFB for 5-10 seconds from power off. Pairing mode is denoted by the LED glowing solid red. LG has chosen to stick with the default pairing code of '0000'. Using Bluetooth specification 1.2, as is the custom, the HBM-730 supports both headset and handsfree profiles.
I found this on the internet and hope it works for you

HBM 550 pass pin 4 zeros doesn't work

Ok kids here you go.
First turn your blue tooth off. Now hold the on/off button for at least 5 seconds (this is very important. You must hold it till the light blinks blue and red.) Now on your phone search for the device. Select the HBM- 550 and put in your 0000.

You must have the headset in pairing mode first.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your welcome.

i found the fix for it. u first must turn the headset off. then hold the power/talk (same button) for 5 seconds or until the headset makes a weird beeping noise not the same noise as powering on. the headset light will blink as the headset light is blinking have the phone discover the headset. it asks for a pin number the pin number is four zeros 0000. and thats it u are all set. i couldn't believe there is no place on the internet to tell u this i had to call lg corporate office.
