Hello, I think I have the same oven as you, and yes the oven doesn't seem to work unless the clock has been set.
On my oven, there are 4 buttons and a dial below the digital clock.
To set the clock, you need to turn the dial whilst holding any two of the 4 buttons down.
For me it's a two handed job.

hi, on most ovens, if you switch the ovens power off the oven won't operate until you have set the time on the clock. Try setting the time and see how that goes.
