My aeroccino leaks at the pouring spout when it is frothing, just before it is finished. How can I stop this? Please do not say I am putting to much milk in, I am far below the lower line. Is there a...

I called Nespresso and they said this happens a lot, basically it's because you're using the wrong whisk/paddle for the milk level. If you're using the metal wire whisk attachment you can only fill to the first level line. If you're using the plastic/metal attachment you can only fill to the second level line. We were using the wire whisk attachment and filling to the second line, so was overflowing everytime. Since switching attachments it heats perfectly and doesn't leak :)

"mixer" in cover does not

Hi,

Nespresso stated in the past that perhaps moisture (water) had gotten into the bottom of the frother and that might have been the reason it had stopped working.Try turning upside for aeroccino upside down for 24 hr. you do not need to do this to the base

Aeroccino jug being stored on the Base. The base does not have an on/off switch; therefore it is drawing full power at all times when plugged-in. If the Aeroccino jug is stored on a plugged-in base it can short-circuit. Once this has occurred there is no troubleshooting that will alleviate the issue, and replacement is the only option.Don't leave the base plugged-in when not using the unit.

Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thank you for using fixya have a nice day:-)

Red light flashes

It means that the paddle has come off of its post and thus is no longer frothing the milk.

Paddles stick to posts & tear big chunks out of bread

Try some hard crisco on the post before putting in the paddle or any ingredients. Your paddle SHOULD COME OUT with your loaf. Then when it has cooled off some, you turn it on it's side and surgically remove the ****** from the bottom center. Try to remember the shape(of the paddle) you need to excise for your loaf. Have you ever noticed that most kitchen machines are designed by men?? As with floors that are horrible to try to clean. The big belief is that all companies have test kitchens.. not so. And we my dear must deal with items that do not function as one would logically think they should. I hope you give the company an earfull of customer feedback. Mine is an OSTER. Five 1/2 years and doing fine even with whole wheat, and desert pastry.
