Question about Echo Garden
My hedge cutter suddenly started running poorly, I couldn't get it to rev and it wouldn't tick over. I played with the carburettor, cleaned it and replaced the diaphrams to no avail. I then bought a new Walbro cerb and fitted it. It ran perfectly for about 20mins and then exactly the same problem. I have also changed the fuel filter and checked the fuel lines. I assume the next move is a press/vac test.

I would check for spark and check the fuel lines, especially if fuel is left in it. Also if fuel left in you will have to empty the lines and carburetor or pull it enough to clear. Another thing to consider is that if fuel was left in it that the carburetor may need a rebuild, replacing the diaphrams.
I hope this is helpful for you.
