Question about Electrolux EW1000i Front Load Washer
Hello app_3rp71756, thank you for your question! You may try and reset the washer by disconnecting the power to the unit for up to ten minutes by flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. Is the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose or pump is clogged and needs cleaning. Other possibilities are: experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly, faulty control board, timer/pump, damaged cord, and a potential wiring failure. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying caused, I would recommend reaching out to an expert to properly diagnose and repair the unit.
