Question about Sector Watches
I need to replace the glass of my watch. It is a Sector 550 32 53 993 225-62374 Watch. I asked to the representants of Sector here, in Romania, and they started to ask me stupidities, instead of, at least tell me the price of such a glass. I need to BUY this blessed glass, please.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Can not find a resource to repair broken watch band. I do not have model number. I only know the dial says exploration. There are no model numbers on the watch case.

SOURCE: I need a sector watch expert.
There are no bad motions for watches - they are designed to withstand all motions, except very hard knok/hit.
You do not need a Sector watch expert, as all watch brands use movements made by few manufacturers and all decent watchmakers know them from A to Z. Only very expensive watch manufacturers produce their own in-house movements - Sector is not in that league.
Contact that shop and ask for full explanation what and why went wrong.
Rate me, please.

I am not sure about prices in US, but over here in England we charge £15 - £25 for mineral glass (depending on size, thickness, e.t.c.) and £50 - £120 for sapphire glass. As for today: £1 = 1.60$. Doesn't matter how you name it - glass or crystal, both are right.

A watchmaker or some jewelry stores can order it for you if they don't have a suitable replacement in stock. Depending on the severity of the damage they may be able to buff out the existing crystal to almost new condition. As long as it's not cracked it can usually be buffed out for just a few dollars.
