Deh p5750mp Has it USB cable?

All car stereos has a"porotection"diode witch is connected between positive and negative.when it connects the pwr backward that diode get shorted to prevent more damage to the unit.
You can just remove the diode to make a test,it should work;but I recomend to replace it.

bad or dirty laser/optics/pick up (whatever you want to call it). You can try cleaning it but it'll most likely need to be replaced. USUALLY, the part is about $40-60, but it's not easy to change.
