Buy the new Dryer Drive Belt WE12M29 ... to replace the Dryer Drive Belt WE12M29 on GE, Hotpoint, RCA, Sears, and Kenmore dryers.
Above is a link to parts breakdown. Use this ONLY for information, wouldn't buy anything from Sears unless you can't find it cheaper (which you can). At least it will give you a general idea about parts and disassembly.
un plug appliance, remove lid and back plate, place belt on motor and carefully on drum pully, turn pully to pull belt onto its, its quite tight to do but is possible, watch out for trapping your fingers.
change the drive belt. evidently the belt has stretched to the point the belt tensioning device can no longer do its job. when you change the belt make a diagram of which way the belt is reaved through the tensioning device. if you don't you'll be back here asking how to arrange the belt.
