When I start up my Compaq Presario V2000, I log in and a pop-up appears that says:

Browser Customizations
It won't go away and when I Alt-Ctrl-delete to close it, the rest of my computer won't boot. The desktop won't come up or anything.
What do I do?

- I have the same problem and when I restored it completely from restore disk, it appeared to solve the problem, but only for a week and then it did it again.I am thinking that it has something to do with it overheating previously and now is damaged, but I haven't had it checked out yet.
It will not work once you attempt to load a user profile, the computer just stalls out but you can hear it running.- meinnsb
