Won't start up

-   I have the same problem and when I restored it completely from restore disk, it appeared to solve the problem, but only for a week and then it did it again.

I am thinking that it has something to do with it overheating previously and now is damaged, but I haven't had it checked out yet.

It will not work once you attempt to load a user profile, the computer just stalls out but you can hear it running.-   meinnsb
