Look if you can get a switch that works, is safe, & you can get it attached to the broken board & the broken board itself doesn't stop it alone, then yes I see no reason why not?

SOURCE: fisher & paykel washing machine fault codes

I have a Fisher & Paykel GW609AU Smartdrive Excellence 6.5 Washing Machine that would start then stop then start then stop a few more times before eventually beeping.
I fixed it by bypassing(joined the white and yellow wire) the trip out switch which is located under the control module(one screw to remove). Now it Works.

usually when this happens, the extra current drawn to Burn the PCB traces, usually ends up damaging other IC;s and thing too.I would expect, that whatever caused that to happen, did you find and fix the actual cause? Or did you just replace the bad board? As if you simply replaced , then the existing problem may still exist, unless it was that board and nothing else. In any event, the Spikes, & Surges produced when things Arc, & Burn, electrically, well these can damage or even destroy the delicate IC's. I think that this is what has happened here. I am sure that a new controller board will fix your problem. please ensure ALL sensors are tested and prove OK. Please check ALL power levels on the Power Supply, as if these are not correct nothing else can be.

SOURCE: fisher and paykel washing machine will not spin

Most likely something stuck in the pump, you need to look underneath to get to it, the pump turns anti clockwise to remove it.

Error 49 on a Fisher and Pykel washing machine, what can i do to resolve this?? Thankyou.

Your cold valve is faulty. The rubber membrance inside the valve can damaged after certain period of time. The problem may be inside the controller if replcement valve can't fix the problem. There is a resistor on the current path to the valve. It is on the control board. Some timems it can go open. Good luck with the repair

After a circuit diagram for a Fisher & Paykel Intuitive eco. the main board . Ithink itr is a fused link or a resistor fused link, Board no. SD11 PCB 420048-G Regards Ralph B

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry, this forum is not able to supply any type of manual, installation instructions, electrical or schematic diagrams direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct but some will only supply to registered agents ;-0(
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Error code 56 is mostly the motor controller, SD11 & SD12 brown boards, 3 x 332k resistors near the small transformer go low & need replacing with a 1 meg Ohm resistor will fix the problem.

It sounds like the motor controller board has failed, these are not repairable as they are all surface mounted components and not made to be fixed. Looks like a call to the serviceman unfortunately
