start with the screws on the bottom of the stereo..they are located on the area above the shift knob where you could place misc items compartment.

This will not be easy. the actual loading track motor and track assembly has become stripped and, you will need to disassemble the unit in order to extract the trapped CD in this case.
Unfortunately, there is no escape button on this particular unit.

Not sure of the manufacturer - but most have a small pin hole near the CD insert slot - inserting a straightened paper clip into that hole a few times will often eject the CD. Good Luck - and let us know ....
