Billed on my credit card for $100. reference # 55432866100HAJPBT have NOT ordered anything.

If you see a charge on your credit card from Amazon Prime, the first question I have is did you order something from them? If you did, have you received it? If you didn't, there are a couple of things to do. First I would call Amazon Prime, here is the customer service contact page off their website.

call them and make sure the item on your credit card statement was not ordered by you or someone in your family, Christmas is around the corner. There should be a reference number on your statement to track the purchase transaction. Talk to them. If you didn't do the transaction they should know, they will be able to see if this seller is putting through a lot of fraudulent credit card purchases and if so shut them down. The next thing you will then have to do is call your credit card company and tell them your card information has been compromised. Check to ensure no other fraudulent transactions have been completed. The credit card company will have to cancel your card and send you a replacement, which will probably take 2 weeks to receive. The 1 800 number for the credit card customer service will be on the back of the card.

You haven't been billed, it is a scam to get you to put in your ID and Password, or your credit card details to dispute the charges. It is called 'phishing'. Just Delete it.

I get billed 1 Riyal currency nearly 3 times a day. Please help. What should I do?


If paid via credit card, you phone your credit card provider and tell them to cancel all payments to them and ask for a refund of all charges made fraudulently so far. The onus is then on the company taking the payment to prove to the credit card company that you requested it. This is one way that paying via credit card is better than any other way.

The payment will have a name and a reference number next to it. Try Googling the name and it might jog your memory.

In your payment settings a valid credit card must be in place for your subscription to be charged to on a recurring basis; this was likely just an oversight with the gift card. Click on the help settings and go to chat and someone will clear this up and credit your account.

If this was billed to your credit card, contact the credit card company to find out to whom it was paid. If it was billed to a bank account, contact the bank.

Service cancelled was billed sept 22, $ 118.


Your credit card or bank can help with this problem. Submit a dispute with this car dealer/mechanic and they'll be more than happy to help. BTW, how does one go about cancelling service if service was already provided?
