Question about Audio Players & Recorders
It should be marked Q401 on the printed board. It will have 3 legs you need to desolder these and then you can read the number to order a replacement. Make a note of how the transistor is fitted before you remove it. For example if it is flat on one side and that faces another part then when you put the new one back it should go in the same way, with the legs matching the holes in the pc board.
