Question about Motorola Mobility Radio Communications
I bought this bluetooth about a month ago on Amazon.com, and it worked fine until yesterday. I dropped it (not a big drop, I have dropped my phone from worse than this, and it still works) so I don't see how it could be damaged, but half the time it won't turn on. When it does turn on, sometimes it will connect to my phone, and sometimes it won't. When it does turn on the call quality is horrible. Any help on how to fix this would be great. Thanks in advance.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the

I disabled the bluetooth from my phone. I then turned off my phone and rebooted it. Once the phone was turned back on, I paired it up with the bluetooth and then it worked. So disabling and removing everything and starting over worked.
