Take it in to your carrier and see if they can hook it up to there recovery machine its alot more advanced then what u can do on phone unless you have a system restore on phone. If you had linked your phone to your e-mail at anytime your contacts will be in your e-mail contacts also

what you can do is use a recovery software like GetDataBack but my friend it seems like they've gone cuz the data recovery for hard drives is very low so memory cards have very little chance...

Sorry, you can recover the contacts of phone memory, ITs clearly mentioned that you should create a backup of all the phone memory before upgrading

have you taken a backup of your contacts on your memory card?? If you have, you can simply go to contacts and restore from memory card. otherwise there is absolutely no solution. i suggest, you take regular backups.... use nokia ovi suite and sync your data in the future.

You can do the following: 1 Find the factory software that came with the phone. Connect a USB port from the phone to a computer. Use the software to restore the phone to its previous restore point. This way, you can view all text messages that were present before they were lost.
